Carri Munn: Cardiff Minger of the World
Market Road, Canton Cardiff, Wales,UK,CF5 1QE
Carri Munn is Cardiff Minger Of The World. Not that it’s a competition. After being mistaken for Stephen Fry in drag, Carri Munn wonders- Are the eyes of others our prison, as Virginia Woolf would have it? Or beautiful no matter what they say, as Christina Aguilera claims? Either way, when the favourite part of the body is your inner child, it’s time to take a look at the Munn in the mirror.

Easy Rider
Market Road, Canton Cardiff, Wales,UK,CF5 1QE
Captain America-costumed Wyatt and Billy, looking like a stoned relic of the Wild West, are traveling East on their bikes from Los Angeles. The counterculture freaks stop by smallholdings, hippie communes and pick up George, who casts aside the last trappings of normal life to journey with the drifters. Scored by contemporary rock hits, this film was a landmark in casting off the old guard and ushering in a new type of film in Hollywood.

'Derived from the Written' shows the work of Henriette Heimdal and Leah Meredith. Both artists explore the idea of revealing a written story through their chosen medium. Using photography, Heimdal portrays figures from ancient Norwegian folklore in uncanny ways; drifting through the Welsh and Norwegian landscape, she shines her flash on the traces of the natural and industrial world to tell the stories of these eerie figures.
