Join this relaxed but comprehensive 3.5-hour beginners workshop at the Tramshed Studio that looks to introduce and establish the essentials of a safe and sustainable yoga practice.
The workshop is fully geared towards beginners and will be delivered at a relaxed pace in a comfortable and informal way. There'll be tea and chats, practical guidance around physical poses (asana), an introduction to breathing practices (pranayama) and a relaxation accompanied by a sound bath to close the day.
