Everything you ever wanted to know about going, being or staying vegan (or moving in that direction) will be on tap at the Cardiff Viva! Vegan Festival. Organised by charity Viva!, entry is just £2 (under 16s free); a whole range of delicious food tastings are free and all the advice you could ever want on changing your diet or improving your health is also free.

MAMMOTH WEED WIZARD BASTARD

Experimental psychedelic doom band from North Wales bring their heavy sounds to Clwb!
MWWB, are from Wrexham, North Wales, and were born from 3 other bands. Mother of Six, Warsisters and Baron La Croix. Guitarist Dave and drummer Carrat (from Mother of Six) always wanted explore an extremely heavy doom/prog sound with female vocals, and when they met ex Warsister and solo musician Jess, who also handles tha bass chores, the idea of the band started to take shape. Joined by second guitarist Wez, they wrote their debut track.
