One of the most exciting periods of the year for all the film lovers is here. And even I am carefully watching what is going on in Hollywood. The Golden Globes know their new owners and the most important question is: Will Leonardo DiCaprio win his first ever Oscar? Well, he won the Golden Globe and as we know, Golden Globes are some sort of prediction for Oscars, but is his role and performance in the new film 'The Revenant' good enough? The Oscar nominations will be known this evening and I just can't wait.
At the moment I can't judge the Revenant, as I have not seen it yet, but I suppose it will change this weekend. If you would like to know more about the film, please check out our What's On and let me know your opinion.
I understand if you are not that into films as I am, but please do not dismiss our What's On. There are lots of venues for everybody and you just need to choose the right one.
Enjoy!

1983 saw a new
band called The Stone Roses form in Manchester. They were one of the
pioneering groups of the MADCHESTER movement that was active during the late
1980s and early 1990s. The band released their debut album in 1989. The album
was a breakthrough success and garnered critical acclaim, with many critics
regarding it as one of the greatest British albums ever recorded. It was the
beginning of something much bigger and a scene that was to change music

Hardy), decide to abandon him. They kill his half-Native American son and
leave Glass to perish in a shallow grave. But he survives.
