Wales vs France and refreshment in Porter's! Here is our new What's On

Are you getting dressed up in red for tomorrow evening? I am expecting lots of French people in the City Centre as the match is on, so I am not going to leave the center under any circumstances. I know that rugby might be quite boring for some of you, so we have carefully chosen a couple more things to do or see.
I personally love spending Saturday evenings in Porters and can't wait for better weather, so I can sit in their beer garden and talk to my friends. Though the programe inside is really good as well.
Well let's hope that winter is over and spring is coming.
Enjoy!

Welsh National Opera:Figaro Gets A Divorce
Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff Bay, CF10 5AL
So, was it really happy ever after for the Almaviva household? Has the distant thunder of the revolution in France turned into a storm from which they cannot escape? What does the world of Figaro sound like in the hands of a contemporary composer?
These questions have intrigued David Pountney. So much so that he decided to provide some answers. He’s done this by commissioning a new opera by Elena Langer for which he has written the libretto. Comic moments collide with touching ones in an opera which is part comedy, part political thriller.
Cost:  £5
Time: 7:30pm
