Bella Kinetica: Life on Wheels
Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff Bay, CF10 5AL
Bella Kinetica’s new circus theatre show has physical feats that will take your breath away as they skate, spin and fly across the stage. The show is performed entirely on roller-skates, giving the characters an opportunity to physically represent the metaphors of their lives - spinning circles round each other, rolling in and out of each other’s lives and sometimes lifting into the air. Fabulous music from the 1940s and 1950s is woven throughout the piece and will get you tapping your feet; recorded memories of real women’s experiences bring history to life before your eyes.
